Return policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange*. All returns must be in unopened resalable condition. BP Gamma will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.

A return authorization number must be obtained from customer service or from a member of our sales force for any and all returns.

* Excluding special ordered merchandise and medical equipment.


All orders placed by 2:00PM EST are shipped the same day. Due to size and weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. All FedEx orders are packaged in the most economically way possible to save freight charges for our customers. We at BP Gamma will recycle and reuse boxes and packaging material to try and limit wasting natural resources and to reduce our global footprint.

Truck orders
All truck deliveries will be made on specific delivery days for our customers. To find your specific delivery day please call customer service or ask your sales force representative.


BP Gamma will honor all applicable manufacturers warranties. Please call us at 1.800.624.4134 or email us for a Return Authorization number. In case of defective or broken components, please return only the component.


We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share your name, phone number or any information about you with any other company without your expressed written consent. We do not do any telemarketing. We ask for your telephone number in the rare event that there is a problem with your order, or if we need to verify credit card information for your protection.
